Like Catalyst, Mount Anvil has a wealth of expertise in delivering award-winning, high-quality, tenure-blind homes in London; in particular, delivering complex schemes to an exemplary standard. This will complement Catalyst’s experience of working with residents to regenerate existing estates; delivering high-quality mixed-tenure developments where people choose to live and work; providing support and opportunities for the local community.
While Catalyst and Mount Anvil will work together to build an excellent development at Friary Park, Catalyst will continue to be landlord of the affordable homes.
